I am running an Access 97 database on a server with Novell
3.2 and Windows 98 on the client PC's (not my choice!).
Access appears to open multiple instances of itself on the
client Pc's from time to time and these cannot be shut down.
The windows toolbar show access as being open numerous times. The only way to close them down is CTRL + ALT + DEL.
Using File, Close in Access has no effect. The database has
completely corrupted itself numerous times (unrepairable).

Any ideas ?
