I have a situation where I have a router with an Async module (acting as a terminal server) connected to a bunch of other cisco devices console ports for out-of-band management, etc. What I need to do is hook up a PC that runs either Windows XP or 2003 server, and be able to access Windows command prompt from the Cisco router via a RJ45-to-DB9 connector to the PC's COM1/Serial port. I've googled this stuff, but can't get any solid info. Anyone got any ideas?

I've never heard of nor found anything about giving console access to a windows box.. Its possible with unix flavors though..

Yep, it's not even an issue with Unix/Linux boxes. Unfortunately for me, this is a Windows box.
