I have two computers setup to the same wireless network. One PC is setup with a web site using IIS. From the other computer I want to be able to access the localhost on the other computer? How can I do this?

The "localhost" address is a loop back unto itself address. Whatever machine you use it on, will reference it self. To access a page on a different machine you will need to either use the IP address of that machine or use another mechanism to resolve the name of that machine to it's IP address.

If the machine is on a LAN behind a router, which it sounds like it is, you can either use port forwarding to automatically forward queries on the desired (public) ports to that IP or use the LAN IP.

Since you only have two machines, the easiest way to identify the machine would be to add the machine name and address to your hosts file. On windows I think it is under system32/etc/hosts, or at least something similar.
