access users

I am running an access db withan access workgroup.
I want to know if i can give a user rights to create/delete users.

HOWEVER i have to limit the amount of users they can make..
You know...have a user cap...

Is this possible with Acess or do i need to Chuck the workgroup and provide my own logon ?

I don't know of a way to limit maximum concurrent users with in built security, but note that the more users there are, the slower it is likely to get.

You could roll your own login screen which sets a logged in flag and checks the count of simultaneous users and denies access if over a certain number, but of course you must unset the flag when they quit.
