access to web page of cisco ip phone

hello,
i want to access to the web page of the cisco ip phone, they told me that i should obtain a user url, a userid and default password; where can i find these parameters to configure in CCA. thanks

Try the sub IP with /ccmuser after it. This may vary though based on the set up.
Your ID and password is built in User Management/end user

thanks for your response. the ccm is it free or not and how can i install it because they told me you should install it on vmware?

Ours was all part of the Call Manager package we bought. I suggest you talk with your vendor to see if it was set up, or what will be needed to get it set up. Accessing it is just like any other web page, so there will be no cost for that piece, however, if you do not have it I cannot say what it will cost to get it, that's why you need to talk with the vendor.

ok i will contact the vendor. i have another question i use the CCA for configuration but when i want to define a speed dial i can't only when the phone has a button for example the cisco ip phone 7911 hasn't a button. is it only possible when i access to the web page of the phone or how? thanks

hello,
i added a static route to the pc with the command add route 10.1.1.0 mask 255.255.255.255 <addip UC520> but the pc still can't ping 10.1.1.1 what can be the problem?
