Access to the Application\System Logs

Hi,

We have a number of users who aren't admins who require read access to the Event Viewer Application & System log on a Windows 2000 Server we have here. I was able to give them access to the security log by making a change to the local security policy on the server itself but how do I give them access to the App & System logs?
