Access to registry denied

I'm trying to register a .net dll in Foxpro 6. The user that is logged unto his machine doesn't have access to register. Sooo, I was going to use CreateProcessWithLogonW to register based on an admin. #1) does anyone have a good example of CreateProcessWithLogonW Foxpro use? I am not a Foxpro programmer. #2) Is there another way to do this without having to give everyone access to edit their registry? That isn't a good option for deployment.
