Access to PST file over Network

Is their any way of allowing another user to have access to someones PST file over a Netowrk connection so that they can view his or hers emails?

They need to both have access at the same time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No. PST files can not be accessed more than one at a time otherwise it will get corrupted.
