Access to Excel without Truncating data?

Trying to export Access XP query data to Excel XP. Query runs fine, but when I open up the resulting Excel file, I'm mising data in some memo fields that have a large amount of text. Someone here said that there's a 255 max char limit on cell contents, but was hoping that Microsoft had provided a workaround.

Any help or links to resources would be appreciated.
