Has anyone had a problem with the Access Runtime allowing only one Access app to run at a time?
Here is the problem - I created an application for the company I work for and created an installation package for it (which I included the runtime). I dialed in and installed the package on about 16 computers that already have Office XP Pro, some of them had to be updated to MDAC 2.8 before I installed my application. Apparently on a few of the systems now they can't have my application open and another access application (created by someone else that does not use the runtime) open at the same time. I am curious if it doesn't have something to do with the MDAC but removing the runtime on those computers and repairing their Access installation seems to fix the problem. Any thoughts?
