access runtime on server

Hi,

The runtime licences are free when you deploy runtime Access databases to individual desktops using Office developer tools.

If I generate a runtime version of my access database on my (application)server, can terminal services clients use that database without a full access licence?

Yes they can,I have eight users that are running access runtime reports. What worked for me is that I created a published app for each of the 8 users and made a copy of the reports and placed it in a user name directory per user in order to prevent runtime errors that were occurring. Since then I have had no problems.

P.s. Make sure you edit the path for each user
