This is fairly simple. I hope I explain it right! If not, just ask questions and I'll clear it up. I have two options for you to do this, both similar, try them out!
OPTION 1:
In Design view, open up the Sorting and Grouping. (View Menu --> Sorting and Grouping)
You should see your company group on the list. Make sure "Group Header" is set to Yes.
You can close that box now.
Now right-click on the "Company" header (the gray bar) and choose properties.
Under the "Format" tab you'll see "Force New Page" Set this to "Before Section"
This will have the effect of putting a Page Break BEFORE every company. This might result in a blank page at the start unless you have a report header. If you don't like this, try OPTION 2.

OPTION 2:
In Design view, open up the Sorting and Grouping. (View Menu --> Sorting and Grouping)
You should see your company group first. Make sure "Group Footer" is set to Yes.
You can close that box now.
Now right-click on the "Company" footer (the gray bar) and choose properties.
Under the "Format" tab you'll see "Force New Page" Set this to "After Section"
This will have the effect of putting a Page Break AFTER every company, however if you have a report header it will probably still show on the first companies page.

Depending on your data, these might give the same results. Hope this helps!
