Hi Moyra-
First of all I can't believe that someone else has the same problem as I do. I have the same printer and the same version of Access as you. I have spent countless hours trying to figure this problem, with no success.
My situation is that I have a 2 page group report. The first page of the first record is to suppose to print to tray 3 where I have my letter head the second page of the first record is suppose to print to tray 2 where I have plain paper. This is suppose to happen to all my records ther first page of all the records are to print in tray 3 and the second page of all the records are to print in tray 2, but this those not happen I can only print the first page of the first record on the tray 3 and the rest of the records default to tray 2. Unlike you I make sure that the settings on the print setup to print first page from a different tray is selected and that is suppose to do it, because in word when you do a mail mege form letter and it takes up more than one page and you merge it every first page of a record will print to the tray you selected and the second page of every record to it's default.
If you have or any one else has figured this out please please please please please let me know. It will be tremendously appreciated! Thank you moyra for leting me know that I am not alone with this problem.
