hi,
i have a query that is linking 2 tables in Ms Access and i wanna add some info on each customer that wiil not redefine the search.i.e i have a query with so many records and i want to add info to each record in that query but not retrieve more records.Cheers if anyone can help

thanks for gettin back to me,
it is an easy enough query but i am very new to access. It is in one of the tables linked in the query but instead of simply adding an extra column of info to the query results it searches more records

If you've got a query of two linked tables and are getting say 50 records when you have some of the information from each of the tables...you should still have 50 records with all of the information from each of the tables. Can you explain it a little more...maybe give us the sql or tables or something.
