Hi,
we added a new Win 2000 server into our NT network and shifted the SQL 2000 server from an NT server into the 2000 server. We had two databases that had to be restored. One of them work fine with the new server, but the other database has a problem. This database has a NT Global Group added to it as a user and all the people who use this database are added to this global group in NT.But after moving the database to the 2000 server (restoring from a backup)the users who are in this global group cannot access the database.Only if I am logged in to the domain using the administrator account am I able to connect to the database. The problem seems to be because of the 2000 server in an NT domain but I dont know how to fix it.Please help.
