Most Pocket PC's run a stripped down version of Excel. Create and Excel form to input the data, upload to your PC andf import directly to access. I assume it doesn't make a difference how you capture your data as long as you can sotre it in Access.
Both of these will allow you to create forms to use on the PPC. And when you sync, your Access database will be updated. It has been a while since I have used Sprint DB to update an access db, but I have done it in the past. Sprint DB Pro even has a desk top version so you can build your forms on the PC and export them to the PPC.
