Hope this is the correct forum.

I have a table with product records. I also have documents relating to these products.
After receiving a new document for product XYZ, the document is pointed out and the path/name saved in a table.
Any user of my Access application can read this document that is saved on a network disk.

Now I want to have a similar setup for e-mails, which is sent to one of the users.

1. Where do we 'save' the mails relating to these products?
2. How do I (user2) find the 'path' to this email saved by user1?
