Is it possible to access table objects in a corrupt database. I have a dbase that access will not open. When I try to access the objects by importing or linking, I get an error messages telling me the dbase can not be opened.

That would also happen if the database has user security implemented and you weren't using the workgroup. Or quite possibly if you were trying to link to a later version of the database or the read only bit were set on the file after it came off a CD.
