Place a subform on the form using the subform button on the Toolbox toolbar.

1. Right Click on the Subform and click properties
2. Select the form you want to use from the Sourse Object
3. Click on "link Child Fields" and the the 3 dots to the right hand side
4. The "Subform Field Linker" opens
5. SElect the field from the Child Fields:
6. Select the corresponding field from the Master Fields:

This is the link between the forms

Master represents the Form
Child represents the Subform.
