Does anyone remember how to check the ACCESS version of a NAM? It has been a long time since I have and I don't remember how..........Alzheimer's.......

Until you replied to my post, I'd never thought to check. When I was troubleshooting my issue today, I did look for it in access2 programming, but could only find the NAM sn.

I suspect you might find it with a laptop hooked up, but I resolved my problem before I got that far, and couldn't justify billing the customer overtime to keep looking.

The next time I'm working on a NAM, I'll find an excuse to look for it. I'd like to know, too.

Thanks again for your help.

Usually its Feature 915 but it could be Feature 9xx...you have to try all of the 9xx numbers (try 915 1st) until it asks for password (in those 9xx codes that dont work, it says inactive feature...just keep punching away; mine ended up at F921!). Then you enter ACCESS2 for the password and you're in.

I think he's looking for the actual revision of the ACCESS sw the NAM is running. You're right, though. Usually when we've gotten a NAM with a code other than f915, it's been a refurb.
