Access MDB Crashes Often

Hi folks,
We have a access MDB that has 29MB size
It acts as a pure frtontend
BackEnd is SQL server linked tables.
When we work the MDB size will increase.
So we take regular backups
But in Random Access MDB crashes after we read
a final version.
Even we try to avoid import of code and gave all as fixes
This is overcome by creating a new DB and importing all
the reports,forms etc
Can anyone may fix this issue up ??
