Access Manager Service Failure

I often get the same error, the best is to just go to your services application and just restart the service for "Powerplay Enterprise - Server Administration"...I am not sure why it does this but it seems to happen if you do not open the "Powerplay Enterprise - Server Administration" application for a while...this error however, does not affect the functionality of "Powerplay Enterprise - Server Administration" when called or executed via other applications like DOS prompt, only when you open the application itself.Let me know of other problems and what you think.
