I am having problems in printing labels. Some of the labels that I am printing have more fields that are allowed to fit in a single labels, which means that I have a spillover of data to the next label. But when the spill over happens all the other labels are not printing properly. How can I print the spill over labels prperly with out affecting the rest of the labels? [sig][/sig]

I'm not sure what you want to have happen? Do you mean that some labels have more fields, or that they have more data in the fields. If you mean that they have more fields, how does that occur?

How would you define having the spill over labels printing properly?

Sorry to ask all these questions; hope I can be of some help.

Sorry if my question is not clear. I have created labels that have headers, footers and the details. Now each label prints out student name and other info in the headers and footers, in the details section it prints all the courses each student has. Each student normally has around 5 to 7 courses. For each student that has 5 to 7 courses the labels are printed just fine, but there are instances were a student might have more than 7 courses and this is when the data in the detail section, which is the courses, is printed on the next label. But the header and the footer for that particular student is not printed on the next label, what is printed is the second part of the details and the footer. How can I fix I fix this? If you could help please let me know. [sig][/sig]

OK, that makes total sense. Sorry, but now I have more questions, because I am trying to reproduce your labels. What kind of header/footer are you using? What is your page size? Is it the standard 8 1/2 by 11 or have you set it to the size of the label. [sig]
Kathryn

[/sig]
