Access form always on top 2

Hello, how would I go about making an access form always be on top of all other running applications? i want it to always be displayed but I want to be able to switch focus to any other application running.

Can't you go into the form's properties and set it as a modal form? i think that should keep it on top of everything until it is closed.

spizotfl : Settiung it modal would effectively keep it on top of other forms in access. However, it wouldn't keep it on top of non-access programs.
