I created an Access Report while working on another network that ran fine. We've since switched to a new location and have a new network.
I went in and tried to run the report and keep getting the following error message
"This document was previously formatted for the printer\\ATLNTMPS01\ATLP002 on 10.49.4.102:LP, but that printer isn't available. Do you want to use the default printer\\atlmsfps01\ATLP001 on Ne03:?"
I never directly linked the report to that printer, what would cause that linkage? I need to be able to roll this out to multiple users so they can run on different networks as well as offline. Is there a way I can get rid of this linkage and have it associated with any printer the user may have?

Open report in design view, and go to File -> Page Setup, and click the Page tab. If the report was set to print to the old printer by default, you can change it here.

Thanks, that did work, the weird thing is that when I looked at the properties for the report it was checked on default printer?
For some reason I had to go in, change the property, save it, change it back to default and then it worked?
I'm concerned that this will cause a lot of confusion for the end-user, is there a way to set the report up so it won't do that? I'm not sure why if it was checked on default printer it would not automatically find the current default printer on my PC/Network?

Thanks, Paul

Is there a way to fix the error so every end-user will not have to open the reportin design view toggle the default printer setting back and forth?

Thanks
