access duplicate wizard

I am unable to run the duplicate wizard in Access. The wizard is listed but nothing happens when I try to use it. What am I missing?

Try installing the extra wizards and templates from the office cd. Insert the MS Office Cd. When it starts up try adding the extra wizards from the ms access portion.
