Access Developers Edition Compared to Access Professional Edition

OK, here's a sad admission, I have Dev 2003 but I've never really played with it, as anyone I'm doing work for is still playing with 97 or 2000.
But unless they've changed the packages immensely (I don't think they have) a big thing in the Developer's package was the ability to create a run time database. That way the client didn't have to have Access to open the dB.
