Access denied when trying to join cluster

I am unable to add the second node of a cluster. Using a Win2k Advanced Server (SP2)

I get the wizard screen prompting to put the name of the cluster and the user to connect as, when I click next it gives me:

Cluster Service Configuration Wizard
An error occurred when trying to retrieve Cluster service account information from another member of the cluster.

Access is denied.
Error ID: 5 (000000005)


I have tried starting with both nodes.
Each node is a member of the same domain.
I can access other resources of each cluster
they are both running the same SP
The account has Domain Admin, and Enterprise Admin privs.

Everything is working now.

On the screen where it asks for the cluster name, and the credentials--I didn't supply any credentials The next screen prompted me for the cluster username, which worked correctly.
