Access Denied When Importing Components

Hi everybody,

When log onto the computer as a member of group "Users", I cano not import components. Every time I tried, a error message saying "Access denied" will prompt.

This problem could be solved when I add myself to the group of "Power Users".

Is there other way that I could slove this problem, cuz we have many users who will use VB and I don't wanna them have such high privilege.
