I have a Windows 2000 server/Metaframe XPa FR2 SP2 farm with 3 servers. One of the servers were upgraded to SP4 and I have solved most of the problems this server has except for a few. I have imported print servers into the farm so that my users can print directly to the print server instead of sending the job to their desktop then to the printserver. The two servers with SP3 show print jobs in queue and have a status of Ready on these network printers. The SP4 machine allows users to print but they cannot see the queue and the status of the printers are Access is Denied Cannot Connect. One other error is sometimes when attempting to shadow users on this box with SP4 a windows comes up stating wfica.exe (or something exe like that) generated errors then it boots you off of the session you are connected to. Other times it tries to send an error report to micorsoft before it kicks you off.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having this same problem. It started with a thin client, HP T5700. apparently these have networking issues. I re-imaged it according to HP support, then added it to the domain.
Our Citrix problems seem to have started with the configuration process of this thin client.
Also, I renamed the thin client, but when it connects to Citrix, the old (original) name comes up.
I believe that to be part of the problem, but I'm still working on it.

FYI, the write protection manager on these thin clients leaves a LOT to be desired...
