Access Denied - Dommon.exe for remote BDC!!

Need help. Just installed a BDC for a single domain model and it resides over a 56K WAN link. It joins the domain no problem and I get no errors during sync but when I login here I cannot access the server unless I am logged in as Administrator. When I run Dommon from the reskit it says under 'DC status' access denied and under 'connection to PDC" it says BAD PATH.

However, if I run NLTEST or NETDOM it says that everything is fine. If anyone has any answers I would appreciate it.
