Going crazy.
I got a new development machine for asp sites
Windows Pro xp2 with iis 5.1 installed.
When using an access db and when I try writing to the file will via ado, I get a Read only error. Does not matter what virtual directory it is in or if the I am using a virtual path or physical path, get the same problem.
I have checked the file permissions, the directory permissions from IIS and the window permissions. I've checked for spy ware/virus and still no luck... I still get the database or object is read only. My connection is conn, 1, 3
I am using the same connection string I always use for adding or modifying records. Same code works on my other developemnent machine and my web servers.
Any clues?
Thanks!
