Access Date and Time Properties ?

XP Professional connected to W2K domain, or stand alone.
How to permit access to see Calendar from Date and Time Properties as a simple user, but not to modify ? Default is not possible... as i know.

I do not think it can be done.

Here is a guess only, based on:

Download NTRIGHTS.EXE, part of the Win2k reskit:

http://www.dynawell.com/reskit/microsoft/win2000/ntrights.zip

ntrights.exe -u Users +r SeSystemtimePrivilege

That opens up the box for regular users.

Now use the MS KB cited earlier and deny permission on the registry keys discussed to group Users.
