Hi :

How many users can connect to a access database at a
time.I need a database that I can suggest for a company for its clients at a time to access a sales product/appl. In the case of sql server, they have to pay 100 pounds for each product. so its very costly for the client. can you suggest any database with low/ free of cost.
How about mysql.?

You can use access for quite a few users at one time if you have your actual data on something else such as SQL Server. We have over 200 users using an access application BUT the data is on SQL Server. MYSQL would work fairly well also.

If you have your data and application all in access I would not suggest that you go with more than 5 to 10 users.
