Hi, I have a access database with a series of names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. I would like to be able to take this database and convert it to a mailing list to be printed on labels. Can anyone please point me in the right direction. Can I do this with microsoft word? How would I convert it first to the appropriate format, etc?

Thanks in advance for your time.

If you have Outlook Express, you can import the info directly. In Word, create yout document and do a mail merge against your table or query.

If you save a query that pulls the fields you want, then go to Reports, New, and pick the Label Wizard, you can generate mailing labels from there quite easily.

Use the label wizard in reports.

Also, there is code for printing labels when not starting with a full page of labels. Go to microsoft and search the Knowledge Base for Q231851. Download the rptsmp00.exe. There is an example in there. It works. I've used it.

Hope it helps.
