Access Chart - Floating values

Charts in Excel have floating data labels, so that a user can identify what the value for a given point on a graph is without cluttering the graph. Charts created in Access don’t have this, does anyone know if it is possible to have floating data labels on charts in access and if so how?

I'm not to familar with charts but Access can either send data to excel or can link an excell spreadsheet as a table.

Through VBA, access can control excel or vice versa.
