Access Can't find Dbase indexes

I am trying to import a couple of Dbase files into Access 2000 that were created from an EDI translator. Access will not let me open them to get the field names because it can't find the indexes. The indexes are in the same directory and I can trick it into getting them but it then asks me what index I want and there are 9 of them in the file.

What I am trying to do is create invoices from these 2 files one being the header information and the second being the details. If anyone has any other suggestion I would love to hear about it as I don't have alot of time to spend setting up the whole thing and it has been 9 years since I have done any programming in Access or Dbase so I am a little rust.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
