Hi,

I would like some opinions for improving the performance of my Access database. I would like to find out some information about using start schema since the data base is going to be used for reporting purposes. If people could share some ideas or point out some resources that would be great.

Any advice on ODBC connections helping performance would also be greatly appreciated.

In general? Check this article:

What do you mean by start schema? I've got a couple of pages on my site about deploying databases using batch files, but I'm not really sure what you're after, so I don't know if they're appropriate.

I don't have much experience with ODBC.

Hope this helps some.

Jeremy
