Access app development textbook

Hi,
wonder can anyone suggest a good text book for developing an application using Microsoft Access 2000. I have a decent knowledge of Access already and have some programming experience but have not done any development using Access.

Need to build a small user friendly app for dealing with employee records so need a book with good walkthroughs and examples.

Any ideas?....thanx!
