Access 97 Sending e-mails from Access with contacts from database

At the moment my system exports my contacts from an Access database to Outlook.  I want to distribute these contacts to the salespersons by attaching them to e-mails.  The e-mail addresses of the contacts are within the contacts.  How can I automate this?
