Access 97 report margins

I am attempting to create a report that will print out on a special form. I need the data to print at the very top of the page. I have gone into "Tools", then "Options", then "General" and set all the defaults to zero. When I go into page setup, I can still only get the top margin to except the value of .25, that is the lowest it will go. There has got to be a way to set all margins to zero. The left will accept .04, which will work, but the top is what is holding me back. Thanks for your help. wfw

I know your feelings. But I thing the margin limits of .25 come the printer and not Access. These margins settings set by the printer.

I could be wrong and hope somebody help you. But this what I think.
