Having trouble with Access 97 (form Office 97 professional). When I try to run it it says something along the lines of "Microsoft Access is not licenced to run on this machine". The rest of Office 97 works perfectly.

We have a copy if the Office 97 Professional CD on one of our servers. I have done a full installation onto the client computer over the network. This is when the error message appears trying to run Access. I have also done a full installation off a CD, with CD key, and get this error message too (on same machine).

It will only work if I do a "Run From Network" install on the client machine (where all the office programs are on the server). This isn't adequate though as we're experiencing alot of server trouble.

Why can't I do a full install off a CD? I remove the office installs the best I can before attempting a new install.

Any help to resolve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Raymond
