Access 2003 silly security

Upgraded to Access 2003, now when opening a database it asks if i want to 'Open' it, it may be harmful. WHY?? How can i stop that message???

Thanks to Microsoft for making things a pain in the buns!

Its in Tools, Macros, Security - Set it to Low
something i didnt know.

Im sure this will help someone.
