Access 2003 LookUp Querry

Okay I'm having a brain melt down and I can't remember how to set up a lookup field based on what was entered into another field. It's been a long time since I've done this.

I want to have a site lookup field in a table based on what is entered in the client field. So if the user chooses client XYZ Corp only the sites specific for that company show in the lookup table.
