Access 2002 wizards do not work!

Microsoft Access wizards for tables, forms, queries and reports do not work.
Operating System: MS WindowsXP, Pro edition. Many crashes ago all wizards worked OK. Microsoft Help, no help. Reset OfficeXP, no luck.
Ref. Microsoft knowledge Base Article - 242218 (applies to Access 2000). Can not find either acwzmain.mde or acwztool.mde either on my pc or the OfficeXP CD-ROM.

I also use Windows XP, SQL Server 2000 (Client Tools only and MSDE) and Office XP (with Service Pack 2). Everything OK.

It might be caused by drivers program that is not compatible with your Windows XP.

This issue has been resolved! HDD second FAT was unwritable. HDD was replaced, reformatted, the OS reinstalled and Microsoft Office XP Professional reloaded. After all this the wizards performed normally.
