Access 2000 Replace function errors on Win98 PC

My Access 2000 app is in development on a Windows 2000 platform. I recently installed a copy on a team member's Access 2000/Windows 98 PC and the app errored on a line of VBA code that called the Replace string manipulation function. I did not get the actual error code (braindead moment) but am wondering if there are any known issues with Win98 that would explain this error. The client platform will be Windows 2000 so I don't have to fix this as long as I can be sure it is due to the Win98 platform. Thanks for your help!

Go into the VBA code code behind any form or report. Click Tools, References and check that the ticked items are the same on both systems.
