Hi - I am having trouble getting some Access 2000 append queries to run on a windows 2000 machine. I have .dbf tables linked into the database via ODBC and the data is displaying, but I can't get the queries to run more than once without them freezing. I can get the queries to run on both a 98 and ME machine. I downloaded all the Windows 2000 service pack and that is not fixing the problem. Any ideas or information on this would be really appreciated.

Thanks, Beth beth@integratedresourcemgmt.com

Have you checked the ODBC information for connection to the database in the control panel? Freezing usually occurs when the connection is lost or the query goes into a loop/can't find the correct result. Since the queries work on 98/ME, try changing/resetting the connection settings for the ODBC.
