Help!!!

I have built a pivot table form in access 2000. Basically, it is used to track network outages by state on a real time basis. Users input tickets and related information.

Is there anyway to automatically refresh the pivot table form when users input new ticket information?

I certainly would prefer to use the 2002-2003 format and create a pivot table form out of the pivot table view , but the users only have office 2000.

I just got office 2003 and if there is a way to create something in 03 that is backwards compatible I'm game for that as well..

As always---Thank you in advance oh wise ones

As a follow up.. Is there a way to create a toolbar on the form itself that would allow the user to hit the refresh button. I would want the toolbar to be bound to the form.

hi sdaddy,

I'm thinking that it may be possible to refresh your pivot table by using either the on close command or the after update command of your form. Basically it'll execute the docmd.requery("queryname") event after a new record is entered or updated.

As for the last question its possible to create a refresh button/toolbar. It'll have to execute when the form loads so that it is in a sense bound to that form.

I'll need more information so that I can cleary give you some direction. Send me an email.
