Access 2.0 question

I am importing a delimited text file into Access 2.0 but any time the file is over 250 or 300 lines it gives me an error 1106. This is a reserved error so there is no description of what is happening. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
I suppose this is running on a small computer <br>and not a PIII 500 with 128 meg RAM<br>You may be running out of memory!!!<br><br>And tell the Boss its the year 2000 and it's past time to upgrade to Access 2000.
