Access 2.0 on a Windows XP Pro

Hi All

I am trying to install an app written in Access 2.0 on a Windows XP Pro
client. During the install the following error appeared. "while registering
OLE Server, Setup had a problem with REG.DAT, SHELL.DLL or disk space".

I would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction on how to
fix this problem or is there a patch available.

Please note: no other version of Access nor Visual Basic are installed on this pc.
